职位描述:
- 主持财务管理中心全面工作，指导下属子公司的财务工作；
- 主持财务报表及财务预决算的编制工作，为公司决策提供及时有效的财务分析，保证财务信息对内对外发布的正常进行；
- 建立和完善公司财务管理制度和相关工作程序及流程，建立科学、系统并符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系和财务监控体系，进行有效的内部控制；
- 对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及有效实施税务风险控制；负责协调、维护银行、税务、审计等等外部机构合作关系，有效处理相关事项；
- 监控和预测现金流量，统筹管理和运作公司资金并对现金进行有效的风险控制；
- 对公司重大的投资等经营活动提供建议和决策支持，控制经营风险；
- 负责公司财务团队建设、培训、综合素质及团队工作效率的提升；
- 建立软件项目核算及绩效评估体系；
- 协助总经理实现公司整体的经营目标和发展战略。
任职资格：
- 财务管理相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 5年以上财务管理工作经验，有上市公司工作经验者或熟悉企业IPO之相关财务要求者优先；
- 有软件行业经验优先；
- 精通会计、审计、税务、财务管理、会计电算化、及企业相关法律法规；
- 熟练掌握财务管理软件和办公软件；
- 具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理、财务管理能力和丰富的实际经验；
- 为人正直、责任心强，良好的职业素养和团队合作精神，较强的判断决策能力；较强的沟通协调能力及开拓创新精神。

Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
GE is forming a joint venture (JV) for Aero with China Huadian Corporation. It is 49/51 joint venture between the two companies. The role has a broad array of responsibilities: representing GE’s interest in the JV, ensuring financial reporting accuracy, maintaining frequent communications with GE, and supporting a strong controllership/compliance environment. This role works closely with GE Energy Aero business and Energy China region. In the JV structure, this position reports to the JV CFO, appointed by China Huadian. - Provide finance support and leadership to the business, partnering with the operating team, to drive operating performance, delivering on business initiatives, growth and profitability while ensuring controllership - Provide financial reporting on all aspects of business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in accordance with US & local GAAP - Be responsible for commercial finance support (ITO) as well as tracking project financial returns (OTR) - Lead the preparation of local audited accounts, income tax returns, VAT returns - Participate in Joint Venture meetings - Active interaction with JV partners’ finance functions - Leadership of assigned direct reports - Be advocate of a compliance culture in the JV - Ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across the operations - Drive controllership awareness and processes through operations teams and ensures compliance to GE Policies and statutory regulations - Participate in developing and establishing financial policies & procedures - Manage and provide financial controls for business and accounting transactions

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field 6+ years of relevant work experience Understanding of PRC and US GAAPs? Strong understanding of financial reporting and manufacturing costing ? Able to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues Proven analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers? Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin Proven track record in building relationships and working with a various levels of people Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
