岗位职责：
一．全面负责公司财务管理事宜：
1． 负责公司预算管理（预算制订、监控、分析、改善）；
2． 负责公司全面经济核算，对各利润中心、成本中心的收入、成本、费用进行监控、分析与改善；
3． 制订、完善与经济核算相关的核算体系、业务流程与各类规章制度；
二．全面监控公司的经营风险、财务风险、运作风险
1. 设立风险监控体系；
2. 对风险监控体系进行执行、管理、维护与改善
三．全面负责财务部的日常管理：
1. 建立与维护部门组织结构；
2. 制订各岗位职责、操作流程与规范；
3. 对各岗员工进行培训与考核；
岗位要求：
1. 经济类专业本科以上，从事财务管理工作八年以上经历；
2. 财会专业英语读写流利，听、说能力较好；
3. 五年以上大、中型制造业全面财务管理的经历；
4. 较全面的财务管理知识，具备注册会计师资格者优先；
5. 良好的组织协调、人际沟通能力与团队和风险控制意识；
6. 工作主动、独立，有持续改进的意识。


职位描述:
此职位直接向中国分公司总经理汇报， 同时在部门业务方面直接向美国总公司首席官汇报, 财务经理全面负责中国分公司的财会业务。 将领导2人财物团队协助公司完成战略及营运目标
· 3 年及以上财务管理经验。 至少5年以上外资公司经验。
· 具有中小型生产型外国独资企业经验者优先。
· 大学专科学历，财务或金融及相关专业。
· 必须具有良好的英文口头及书面交流能力。 工作要求与美国总公司频繁直接交流。

Job Descriptions:
Reporting to the company’s General Manager and functionally to the Chief Financial Officer of the US parent company, the accounting/finance manager is expected lead a 2- person accounting team to help the company to achieve its strategic and operational goals. Specifically,
· This position will be responsible for all accounting/finance activities, including preparing regular and ad hoc reports, in both Chinese and English, to meet both the internal managerial and the external auditing/compliance requirements.
· He/she is in charge of the direct and on-going communication between the China based operations and the US parent company on all accounting/finance matters.
· He/she is expected to provide analytical support to the GM of the China based company and the parent company CFO in making key business decisions. He/she shall be able to analyze financial performance against key business metrics.
· This position is also responsible to drive the improvement of business efficiency and effectiveness through implementing internal controls across all functional areas of the company.
· With the right background, the accounting/finance manager will also manage the IT and office administration functions.
· As an important member of the management team, he/she is expected to play a key role in helping the company to grow its business in China.
· He/she must be willing perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Job Requirements
· 3 years over accounting/finance experience in a foreign owned manufacturing company in China. Prior experience in commercial vehicle industry would be a plus but not required.
· College's over degree in accounting, finance or a related field. An advanced degree or a CPA designation would be preferred by not required.
· Experience in working in foreign owned small-midsized manufacturing companies a plus.
· Good English communication skills are essential as regular interactions with US parent company will be needed. But native level proficiency in English is not required.
