职位描述:
Job Description:
·Coordinate R&D, quality and production for all related activities during project or process development.
·Provide constructive suggestion on product quality or cost;
·Layout test board for process validation;
·Take part in design rules revision;
·Provide input to DFM for potential layout deviation;
·Work with ECAD/HW to resolve DFM or other manufacturing related issues;
·Report to Process Engineering manager

Product Family
ECU: Electronic Control Unit (Control unit for car safety system)
RSU: Remote Sensing Unit (Satellite unit)
Requirements:
Level (diploma) required:
·Engineering degree
Experience:
·Good experience and knowledge in electronic manufacturing
·Experience in automotive production, Safety preferred
·Experience in DFM analysis (Valor/Mentor preferred)
·Expertise with layout and schematic with Mentor Software;
·Thorough knowledge of the ECAD design process, from schematic capture to layout to design outputs and documentation;

Technical skills required:
·Knowledge of IPC and other PCB design specifications;
·Knowledge of PCB fabrication, assembly and test;
·Mentor Graphics Layout tool;
·General understanding of electronics and components;
·Familiar with TS16949/QS 9000 system;
·High level of knowledge on manufacturing engineering, quality and production;
·Strong knowledge of auto electronic control unit;

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
·Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently;
·Strong communication skills in English on a technical level;
·Excellent English Mandarin communication skills;
·Good interpersonal skills and personnel influence characteristic
·Ability to lead matrix team and work with different level in organization
·Well balance of task priority
Languages:
·Fluent English.
