1. Have at least 7 years work experience in IT software & solution

2. Should have core banking knowledge.

3. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills in banking industry, ability to craft out business messages to appeal to senior client management

4. Adept at using experience and knowledge of industry, geographic and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.

5. Excellent executive relationship building skills and a proven ability to negotiate complex solutions.

6. Excellent Japanese language capability (Speaking & Written).
