Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

This position is a key member of the Finance leadership team and an extension of Global Finance team. The person is responsible for directing the FP&A group to provide ：
(1) sound financial planning to support company-wide processes
(2) insightful financial analysis to help make informed decisions that maximizes investment value.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively serve in leadership role in the overall formation and management of the Company near term and long term business strategy and financial projections
2. Develop associates by providing opportunities for growth and visibility, to provide the business with top quality analytics and advice. Is proactive in the associate development process via assigning stretch assignments and the development of individual development plans
3. Support leadership in integrating organizational changes and process improvement efforts
4. Analyze business unit actuals, budgets and long-range plans to understand key performance drivers
5. Create and regularly track key performance metrics
6. Identify structural profitability improvement opportunities and ensure execution excellence.
7. Responsible for the development and analysis of customer profitability and customer segment reporting and analytics. Partner with the business on driving customer profitability by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing improvement plans

Qualification:

1. Minimum 8+ years of increasingly more responsible experience in financial and accounting positions with reputable companies
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
3. Ability to influence multiple business partners at a senior level within the organization.
4. Strong business acumen, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
5. Strong decision making skills and customer service orientation
6. Extensive experience in the Budget process, in depth planning
7. Requires knowledge of accounting procedures
8. MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
