销售发展经理
职位描述:
根据公司年度的目标/策略,和销售发展的年度规划,引领/激发/推动/规范销售队伍遵循国家法规和玫琳凯原则,并通过有效的现场工作及系统运作,推动销售队伍带领团队健康有序地成长,达成年度业务成长的目标,继而支持公司达成年度业务目标。
主要职责:
1. 根据公司导向及销售队伍业务状况,引领/激发/推动/规范销售队伍遵循国家法规和公司原则,并通过有效的现场工作及系统运作,推动销售队伍带领团队健康有序地成长,达成年度业务成长的目标,包括:
1) 根据公司导向,销售队伍业务状况及公司各项资源,帮助并培养销售队伍结合家族目标制定其年度发展目标及行动方案。
2) 通过现场工作,辅导销售队伍,帮助其区域树立正确导向、有效规范行为,提升业务能力(报表分析能力、目标和计划制定能力,公司资源理解运用能力等);同时规划区域建设与发展(梯队建设,迈向未来首席等)。
3) 通过跨部门合作(市场,销售支持与沟通、销售教育、营运,外事等),配合业务活动在家族的有效开展(经销商考核,督导沟通会,品牌推广会,外事拜访等)。
2. 根据国家法规及公司政策,全面推动销售队伍加强法律意识 并规范经营;针对重要的突发事件及危机事件,与PR、营运部、业务支持等部门分工合作,并通过对销售队伍进行妥善沟通、安抚和处理,与家族一起配合公司,妥善解决危机。
3. 根据公司业务需求,结合销售队伍现状,及时反馈销售队伍的信息,确保公司了解销售队伍状况。
最低学历要求:大学本科
相关经验要求:直销保险或相关行业经验(4年以上)或销售管理经验(4年以上)
相关知识和能力素质要求:
1. 特别的人际、组织和沟通技巧,包括突出的语言表达能力和沟通影响能力;
2. 较强的问题解决能力,引领能力以及学习发展能力;
3. 较好的数学能力,能够有效的分析销售报表并发现问题,提供增加销售的办法;
4. 电脑熟练,能运用软件制作业务分析报表;
