-Ability to sell value to the customer by leveraging on available commercial and technology resources.
- Maintain and grow existing customers, identify and develop new customers to expand the business.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for the assigned area/region of responsibility.
- Work closely with Business Development / Marketing team to close new opportunities, generates client leads and develops pipeline to meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate, transparent records of activities through weekly and monthly reports, with customer related activities managed through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Provide updates on market information and competitor’s activities
- Frequent travel required

Bachelor degree in Polymer / Materials or related subjects;
- 6 years or above sales experience in plastic or pigment/additive industry;
- Aggressive personality and work well as a team
- Good personality and interpersonal communication skills;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
- Computer skills required for effective reporting and basic data analysis.
