Job description:

Responsibility:

- Take care for

o The handling of qualified designing, construction and documentation for our tools and products.

o Qualified calculation and offers.

o Correct documentation after TS16949 and VDA.

o The project planning and manage the delivery of assigned project or subproject.

- Discuss and solve technical problems together with the customers.

- Effectively communicate project progress, issues and risks with stakeholders andown management, ensure timely escalation when necessary.

- Keep good relationships with customers and manage customer expectation successfully.

- Support to Sales and Services management in review of opportunities, creating the solution proposals and project documentation, project plan and estimates.

Requirements:

Qualification Required:

- Technical studies in tool making, machining or similar.

Experience expected:

- Above 5 years working experience in this range (Preferred by foreign companies or joint ventures factories).

- At least 2 years management experiences in foreign companies

- Good knowledge of project management, theory and handling

- Good analytical skills, skillful in trouble shooting, and able to work independently.

- Good command of English and computer skills.

- Positive and good team player.

- Excellent communication skills to customer, supplier and management team.

Target: qualified samples and goods for the German market by delivery in time and good economy.

工作经验:

- 至少5年以上相关工作经验(有外资或合资企业工作经验者优先).

- 至少2年以上外资企业的管理经验.

- 具有良好的项目管理、理论和运作经验.

- 分析能力和解决问题能力强,工作独立.

- 具有良好的英语和计算机运用能力..

- 工作积极和良好的团队合作精神.

- 与客户、供应商和管理团队具有良好的沟通能力.

目标:经济、准时地为德国市场提供优质样品和货物.
