Job function:Supervisor CNC Machining

Job description:

Responsibility:

- Cost calculations of customer offer (automotive industry, electrical / electronic industry, mechanical industry)

- Construction and handling of devices

- Production according order status

- High precision

- Pre-check of samples and goods

- Planning and supervision of employees and machines

- Production according to our quality guidelines and the appointments

- Good Experience with CNC machines

- Programming

Requirements:

Qualification Required:

- Technical studies in machining or similar and more than 5 years practical experience in similar position.

Experience expected:

- Above 8 years working experience (Preferred by foreign companies or joint ventures factories).

- Experience as Supervisor.

- Good knowledge of machining process.

- Good command of English (reading and writing) and computer skill.

- Positive and good team player.

- Excellent communication skills to customers, suppliers and management team.

Target: Qualified supervision and handling for our CNC machining department with CNC lathe machines, CNC milling machines and CNC machining centers.

任职条件:

- 具有机加或类似专业背景,并具有5年以上的相关实际工作经验

工作经验:

- 至少8年以上工作经验(有外资或合资企业工作经验者优先).

- 具有主管岗位的工作经验.

- 精通机加流程.

- 具有良好的英语(读和写)和计算机运用能力.

- 工作积极和良好的团队合作精神.

- 与客户、供应商和管理团队具有良好的沟通能力.

目标:

实现我们配备有数控车床、数控铣床、和数控中心的数控部门的高效管理和顺利运作.
