Job description:

Responsibility:

Be in charge for
- the whole recruitment process
- preparing internal and external job advertisements and web postings
- Maintaining recruitment system, job portals and others as required;
- First screening of incoming applications
- Arranging interviews for department managers and management;
- Complete and submit weekly recruitment report as required;
- Assistingto new employees


Qualification Required:
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource or similar

Experience expected:
- At least two years experience in a foreign company in recruitment function
- With good commands in English (reading and writing)
- Proficient in the usage of OFFICE(WORD, EXCEL) and Internet
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Good planning and organization skills
- Positive and good team player
- With strong responsibility and positive working attitude
- Can work under pressure;

Our customers are mainly from Germany.
