Purpose of position:
To assist the accounting Supervisor to complete the financial report package on time delivery to Headquarters and related local Authorities. Booking the department expenses and handling all kind of fund management, exchange rate, bank interest etc. financial issues. Balance monthly customer money collection and supplier payment, analysis the overdue of money collection/ payment and solve the existed problem.

Responsibilities
1. Assign labor cost into each department based on HR document, book into right accounts.
2. Support Costing Accountant to analysis products contribution margin monthly
3. Collect and prepare actual expenses of each department monthly and compare with Budget/ Forecast with variance analysis to accounting manager
4. Check the AP/AR aging passed by AP/AR accountant monthly. Balance monthly cashflow in hands and prepare rolling forecast of cashflow based on AP/AR information.
5. Take care each bank accounts without over spending, prepare request to finance manager for money transfer among banks, LC application, Bank draft discount etc. banking matters
6. Focus on the risks of foreign exchange rate. Follow the instruction from Treasury of MMHQs to control the FX risks.
7. Work out actual/forecast cash flow reporting, focus on the financial position and GTR each month. Analyze financial position variance between budget /FCT and actual. Provide advice to FM for improvement.
8. Other works given by Finance manager or accounting supervisor.



Qualifications:
1. College or University degree major in Accounting
2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in a Foreign Invested Company
3. Understanding PRC Accounting and IFAS principal, PRC Tax laws and regulations, SAFE regulations, Customs regulations
4. Familiar with Accounting software especially in ERP/ Hyperion system, as well as MS-Office packages;


Capabilities & Desired Characteristics:
1. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
2. A member of teamwork and excellent apprehensibility

Training
1. CPA/ ACCA professional certification or other accountant professional certification
2. Well know the internal control procedures of company
3. Other relevant training based on the job requirement
