A Leading USA Company Chemical Industry

Responsibilities:
- Travel through AP to customer facilities to provide assistance and support with product recommendations, product trials, evaluations, and production start-ups. Be equipped to handle a wide range of technical support situations.
- Provide world class on-site product/applications training to AP customers, distributors, and sales team.
- Support the development of innovative market leading polymer formulations to meet customer requirements in application areas as: electrical potting and encapsulation/ adhesives/ conformal coatings/ RO and ultra filter sealants.
- Conduct meetings at key account to stimulate new product ideas and validate project assumptions.
- Support company's EHS policies. Prevent OSHA reportable incidents
- Provide technical assistance to Sales and Marketing in support of new product development and introduction

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with major in chemical or Polymer Science
- 5+ yrs working experience focus on technical support in the same industry
- Good working knowledge of polyurethane and Epoxy chemistry used in the electrical/electronic, filtration adhesive and tooling markets. Application/process knowledge of resin systems in target markets a must
- Strong technical communication skills (internal/external reports, presentations and verbal dialog)
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers including: problem solving, technical presentations and project management
- Good value selling skills
