Responsibilities:

- Responsible for products domestics' arrangements including communication with 3rd logistics partners.

- Export products arrangement; booking space; making shipping documents and etc.

- Ensure effective customs HS classification

- Keeping all relative documents for domestics and export shipments. Collecting and providing the related documents to finance or other teams as required.

- Manage the 3PL suppliers on finished goods exporting, ensuring all activities such as customs clearance, loading, DG declaration and shipping are performed in accordance with the agreed operation procedures.

- Take customer service role, ensuring all activities to meet customers' demand.

- Do system transaction and communication workloads for Singapore's logistics.



Requirements:

- At least 5 years working experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or International Trade.

- College or above, major in logistics or International Trade is preferred;

- Be familiar with import and export process; bonded products process is preferred.

- Be familiar with ERP;

- English skills;

- Strong communication skills.

- Customs declarer certificate will be a plus
