A Leading Trading Company Famous Luxury Brand
Brand Sales & Marketing Manager
Position Responsibility:
1. Assesses needs and opportunities for new products through research and feasibility analysis
2. Conduct sales analysis, market competition analysis and liaise with distributors to understand the market trend and competition dynamics of each player in China Luxury products market and develop a sounded merchandising (product) strategy
3. Make the survey report of the Luxury market in the target cities, find the potential candidate and make the brand introduction; introduce the business model and sign the contract; check the store location and make the evaluation report
4. Achieve store sales targets, keep store expenses, shrinkage, write-off within budget, maintain store standard as laid out in the Operation Manual
5. Develop, train and motivate store staff
6. Lead the development of product pricing and product life cycle (from launch to clearance plan)
7. Make recommendation on visual merchandising displays in stores, for a high impact retail presentation;
8. Contribute to long-range merchandising development objectives, product strategies, and identification of action steps necessary for future growth
Position Requirement:
1. Over Bachelor degree, MBA preferred
2. Over 6 years working experience in sales or marketing function, 3 years in luxury products industry is a must
3. Excellent negotiation/ communication/ Organization skills
4. Has acuminous marketing perspectives
5. Initiative, proactive and hardworking
