Job functions:

- Develop and own Company Dairy Sourcing Strategy aligned with business objectives, provide sustainable supply to meet business needs, drive company profit through cost and cash optimisation


Responsibilities:

- Sourcing & Supplier Development Strategy: Develop CBU SSD strategy from global SSD strategy and local business strategy, develop SSD function

- Own/drive Local Sourcing Strategies for Dairy categories, lead dairy material sourcing with support by R&D and QFS

- Source local dairy (milk and ingredient), establish localization program for key or large spend material, ensure local material quality, plan local material export to region or global in long term for leveraging.

- Develop and own sourcing Budget and manage risks and opportunities

- Manage for Security of Supply, Productivity (cost saving) Projects, Supplier Selection, Contracting and Administration, Working Capital, Continuous Improvement

- Supplier Relationship Management: maintain and develop local relationships with suppliers, farms, and support regional or global relations

- Source local dairy farm for new capacity project and new product development

- Innovation: represent SSD in innovation projects, lead local implementation

- Lead or contribute to environmental improvement project, e.g. co2 reduction, green, ecosystem.

- Initiate and lead X-functional and X-divisional improvement projects within the CBU or cross CBUs

- Build and Develop Team: pro-actively develop direct reports, peers and other team members; performance reviews and coaching of direct reports and accountable for their results

- Develop Business: pro-actively take initiatives that impact business objectives such as safety, growth, cost reduction, quality improvement, working capital reduction

- Represent the CBU in central sourcing strategies, contracts and projects as the expert of the local business and manage local implementation for SSD

- Represent SSD in CBU x-functional team (innovations, productivity, service, budget, etc) to support implementation of CBU business plan

- Develop and roll out SSD procedures, processes, policy and systems

- Provide purchasing related monthly reports such as: spending and improvement, supplier performance and action plan, commodity trend and recommendation, productivity project update



Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Engineering, Dairy, Agriculture, Business Administration, Supply Chain

- Over 10 years' post-qualification experience including 5 years in management experience

- Proven sourcing and projects experience in food industry

- High integrity and ethic behavior

- Prioritize and time management

- Deep knowledge of the relevant supplier markets

- Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
