Job Summary
Support the production process set up and optimization, problem solving, cost reduction and continuous improve quality. Work with cross function team to improve products reliability and support field issues.

Responsibilities
1. Establish/maintain/optimization processes to let it more robust and easy to management. Set up the production line to meet corporate Health, Safety, Environment criteria.
2. Apply best practices into daily production management. A big fan of Lean manufacturing, and apply lean manufacturing methodology to real world practice, constantly looking for improving opportunities.
3. Trouble shooting in production line with high efficiency to keep it running smoothly. Support Product Manager in meeting product on time delivery.
4. Working with engineering and QA team to build quality into equipment. Support cross function team to qualify supplier and parts from technical point, reviewing FAI and
5. Working with suppliers on process control and resolving quality issues. Involve in product launch stage in parts localization, prototype building, process set up, technology transfer and etc.
6. Follow on ECO process and maintain BOM correctly.
7. Motivate/coach team members, promoting their capability aligned with company current/future business deliverables and personal needs.
8. Working Contacts:most frequent working contacts internal and external, Production team, QA team, R&D Design/production engineer, Supplier

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or high majored in Electrical Engineering or related.
2. To be familiar with Electrical design software, such as Solid works or Auto CAD, Protel.
3. Familiar with electronic components, such as PCB, cable harness.
4. Minimum 3 years experience in electrical manufacturing or electrical design.
5. To be able to find problems and have strong capability in root cause analysis.
6. Be knowledgeable and practical in lean manufacturing and related tools.
7. Having project management/6 Sigma would be a plus.
8. Good experiences in supplier management plus as well.
9. Be able to write good reports and do some presentation.
10. Good at computer skill in utilizing MS Office.
11. Proficient skill in both spoken and written English communication skill.
12. Self-motivated, Proactive and aggressive, teamwork, eager to learn, willing to be challenged.
13. Be accountable to responsibility. Work under pressure and result-oriented.
14. Occasional travels is required.
