Overall Purpose of Job:
This position is responsible for development and maintenance of the processes, techniques, tools, and trainings and mentoring around program and project management inside Asia Pacific Braking Engineering.
This position is responsible to provide management on braking projects from a resource planning on all programs for Asia Pacific.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Consolidation and presentation of all Asia Pacific WLP.
2. Maintain WLP supporting data set (in Clarity and Excel files).
3. Ensure that new program arising are getting generated and judged for WLP(done by local subject matter experts in the functions or inside the group – decision pending).
4. Drive enhancement of current method/tool (e.g. legal recharges, automation of uploads, improve visibility of data in Clarity (for management and EPMs)
5. Improve tools and process for WL and actual vs. planned data
6. Alignment of Planning with other function (sales, Operations, etc.)

Professional Skills:

University School or/and Engineering degree of Financial degree
Program & project management knowledge ( preferred)
Excel medium to advance knowledge
English language sills - must
