职位描述
ERP部门经理
ERP部门经理主要负责ERP顾问团队和ERP技术/发展团队,并且负责相应的ERP项目展示与实施的全面管理与协调。ERP部门经理一职涉及到所有ERP项目经理的管理合作以及整个项目进程的掌控,包括从售前阶段到后期制作的全过程,并且要精确掌控项目进度包含项目预算和保证客户满意,确保准时完成。因此ERP经理一职需要对所有项目的成功负责。
ERP部门经理直接向总经理汇报工作。
主要职责
1. 制定项目目标和确定用户需求
ERP部门经理工作职责涉及到结合销售、顾问和产品管理,评估客户业务、技术需求及目标,同时明确实施进程和规划ERP系统开发阶段。
ERP部门经理需要全面掌控并确保对客户项目战略方向的准确评估和定义,对客户需求和项目计划目标的准确制定以获得项目的成功实施。
在此之后,为了保证ERP解决方案和模块的正确制定与发展以及项目最终的成功,ERP部门经理需要确保客户与IT系统与程序应用相关的实时信息与反馈能够及时传达。
ERP部门经理需要更进一步地掌控和协调整个ERP项目的进程,并且确保项目成本、进程和产品质量的一致性。
2. 领导职责
在整个项目生命周期中,ERP部门经理需要领导并指导部门内所有成员。因此ERP部门经理不仅仅要处理与项目相关的问题,同样地在团队内部人事管理上也要能够快速、有效地做出职能和技术问题上的决策,使团队能够更团结高效的开展工作。同时ERP经理也需要对ERP部门的架构进行战略上的规划与调整。
ERP部门经理需要吸引和培养能够成功执行项目的能力,必须通过指导、培训、激励等管理方法以达到组织与个人目标。
3. 日常职责
一旦项目执行步入正轨,ERP部门经理需要全面掌控项目的日常管理,通过访问和解决与项目相关的经费分配与可交付成果问题以及其他由下级呈上的相关突发情况,以确保对项目范围、计划和预算的严格遵守。
ERP部门经理需要对全部门成员工作负责,并且要确保项目全方面有条不紊地进行、按时完成和质量保证。同时ERP部门经理也要与客户保持持续有效的沟通并作出妥善的协调。因此ERP部门经理需要及时地掌握和处理项目上的任何变动和调整。
4. 汇报职责
对于每一个技术指标/项目/预算等,ERP部门经理都需要准备陈述和报告向总经理汇报工作。
5. 项目完善与优化职责
ERP部门经理通过细节观察和日常跟进需要尽早察觉ERP项目执行中的任何差异,确保目前进行的项目已调整这些差异,并且采取修改提升内部进程、最优方案和质量保证计划等方式以避免下次出现同样的问题。
职位要求
--- 10年以上的IT行业经验,并且6年以上ERP领域的开发、执行和项目经验;
--- 在快节奏的动态环境中管理多个活动和问题的能力,同时保持专注于主要目标;
--- 具有危机处理能力;
--- 有成功实施ERP项目或类似项目的经验;
--- 具有理解、应用、开发和提升ERP执行方法的能力;
--- 分析理解能力以及对于细节的关注力;

ERP BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER
ERP Business Unit Manager is in charge of the management of the ERP consulting team and the ERP technical / development team, and of the overall proper management and coordination of corresponding ERP rollout or implementation projects. The ERP Business Unit Manager is thus entrusted with the responsibility of the success of all ERP projects. He is involved with the project management of the entire ERP implementation life cycle, from pre-sales stages to post-production, and ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of clients.
The ERP Business Unit Manager reports directly to Company Director.
Main Missions
1. Defines Project Objectives & Needs of Business Users
Along with the Sales Team, the Consulting Team and the Product Management Team, the ERP Business Unit Manager is involved right from the evaluation of customers’ business and technical requirements and objectives, as well as definition of implementation and planning stages of an ERP system.
The ERP Business Unit Manager oversees and ensures the best evaluation and definition of the strategic implications of customers’ projects, determination of the requirements and of the project plan, to achieve a successful implementation.
To that end, the ERP Business Unit Manager makes sure that proper information and feedback is generated from customers, for the right ERP solution and modules to be proposed and validated - pin pointing issues related to legacy IT systems and applications.
The ERP Business Unit Manager further oversees and coordinates the proper delivery, roll out and implementation of ERP projects, while making sure that they are in sync with defined parameters of cost, schedule and quality.
2. Leadership Role
The ERP Business Unit Manager leads, guides and mentors all the Consulting and the Product Management team members during the whole project life cycle. The ERP Business Unit Manager has to exhibit troubleshooting skills to address the project-related issues as well as human resources needs of his team members, and make quick, informed decisions about functional and technical problem areas. The ERP Business Unit Manager shall also provide strategy and roadmap for ERP architecture.
The ERP Business Unit Manager must attract and cultivate the talents required to rollout successful ERP projects. He must use coaching, training and all promoted management tools at his disposal.
3. Daily Responsibilities
Once the ERP rollout is in place, The ERP Business Unit Manager oversees and leads the daily management of the projects to ensure strict adherence to the scope, planning and budget, by addressing and solving budget allocation and deliverables issues related to the projects, as well as other complicated issues that are escalated to him.
He delegates and controls specific tasks of the ERP Business Unit team members, and ensures that the all aspects of the projects are treated smoothly, completed in time, within respect of quality standards. He further ensures a continued and smooth communication with customers, as well as strict in-scope compliance. The ERP Business Unit Manager thus examines and deals with any project changes and risks immediately.
4. Reporting
The ERP Business Unit Manager prepares presentations and reports as per specifications / projects / budgets, etc. for the Company Director.
5. Continuous improvement
The ERP Business Unit Manager must detect any discrepancies in the ERP rollout projects, as early as possible, based on detail and regular follow-up. He must ensure that proper action plans are set-up to address these discrepancies, and to amend and improve internal processes, best practices, and Quality Assurance Plan, to prevent future instances of the same problems.
Qualifications
--- 10+ years experience in IT, and 6+ years in ERP landscape design, implementation and rollout projects is required;
--- Ability to manage multiple activities and issues in a fast paced dynamic environment while maintaining focus on key objectives is required;
--- Proven experience in Crisis Management;
--- Proven success track record of numerous ERP (or similar) implementations and roll out projects;
--- Ability to understand, apply, design and improve ERP rollout methodology;
--- Analytical skills & attention to details;
--- Sound business knowledge in the following fields: Garment, Trading, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Food & Beverage, Services, Accounting. Knowledge of Chinese Accounting will be highly regarded;
--- Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Projects);
--- Proven leadership skills to create alignment across organizations is critical;
--- Ability to quickly assess situation during project implementation and communicate effectively, both with customers and team members, as well as Management;
--- Clear, swift and accurate decision-making skills;
--- Fluent English written and oral communication skills are a must;
--- Fluent Chinese will be highly regarded;
--- High professional & personal integrity with very high ethical standards;
--- Uphold strong focus on planning for achieving results
