Key Accountabilities

• Understand and track performance of the organization’s spend, supply market, costs, and tiers of suppliers;
• Provide research and input into the financial sourcing aspects of contracts and tenders;
• Identify high impact cost reduction sourcing opportunities with buying teams and sourcing through development of sound strategies;
• Leverage Target’s buying power to optimize costs, access new suppliers, reduce lead times, and guarantee supply;
• Develop, implement and use tools and technology for managing and analysing the supplier portfolio;
• Provide supply market and sourcing advice and recommendations to ensure sourcing optimise their decision making;
• Provide a framework of thought leadership and analytical support in the developmentof improved strategic category sourcing strategies;
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with existing and potential buyers and suppliers to the organization.

Skills and Experience

• Degree holder or above with at least 5 years relevant working experience;
• Knowledge of both apparel and non-apparel sourcing strategies;
• Ability to monitor and achieve goals;
• Excellent problem solving skills with highly analytical mind;
• Strong at communication and negotiation;
• Be a good team player;
• Proficiency in written & spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
