人事行政专员

1、大专学历，3年以上人事行政岗位工作经验，工作态度端正，有团队合作精神。
2、户籍不限。

工作职责：
1.熟悉绩效、培训、入离职 、薪酬福利、社会保险等工作。
3.做好员工考勤、奖惩管理，并监督考勤、奖惩的执行情况。
4.相关人事工作的联络以及有关疑难的解答工作。
5.严格执行公司各项规章制度，对人员信息及时录入、更新，并定期整理数据，向上级领导出具数据分析结果。
6.建立和维护人事档案；公司其他档案的归档管理。
7.熟悉员工劳动合同的签订、续订和变更及终止工作。
8.协助编写、修改和推行实施各类人事行政规章制度。
9.制定实施员工培训计划，并做好员工入职前的培训工作。
10.协助总经理/副总及部门主管开展各种员工活动等。
11.参与公司相关工作会议，做好会议签到、会议纪要的撰写工作。
12.熟悉工伤的申报流程及理赔的工作。
13.完成相关行政工作。
14.完成领导交办的其他工作，做好与其他各部门协助工作。
