We are looking for a Marketing BD Manager for our office in Shanghai.


Job Responsibility:
1. Strong marketing background that can successfully communicate ideas and information throughout the company; work closely with marketing team for Marketing BD strategy.
2. Have solid marketing experience in Public Relationship, Events Management.
3. Work together with account manager to maximize opportunities with current clients and establish new relationships.
4. Structure presentations to new/existing clients - must have excellent communication skills
5. Support contract negotiations


Job Requirement:
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience, confident and outgoing with a lot of Architectural contacts/connections in China.
2. This person has to be a Bilingual (English & Chinese), Chinese National worked in Architecture design industry. MBA degree is a plus.
3. Able to work under time pressure and work independently
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
5. Strong analytical thinking, MBA degree is a plus.
