Job Duties
1.负责客户订单的管理
Interfaces with oversea/domestic customer for inquiry, acquisitions, acknowledgement
2.根据订单和销售预测，制定生产主计划（生产进度及确定交期）
Utilize sales forecast and order demands in order to establish sequence and lead time of each operation and determine the accuracy of master production schedule
3.分析制定工厂资源需求计划（生产能力,设施,人工和物料）,确保生产计划执行、完成
Analyzes resource demand plan (facility ,manpower, materials) in order to ensure production planning fulfillment
4.通过系统运行MRP,生成PR申请
Run MRP via ERP system to generate PR
5.通过系统产生工单
Generate WO through ERP
6.与采购组、物流组配合，确保采购订单准时释放，物料及时交付到位
Work with Purchasing & Logistics to make sure PO released and material arrival on time
7. 组织每周计划会，及时解决缺料现象、质量问题，确保顺利生产
Organize weekly schedule meeting for material/quality issue troubleshooting
8. 制定出货计划，及时更新，为仓库、物流组提供指令
Prepare and update shipping schedule，to support Warehouse/Logistics for execution
9. 及时根据订单和物料库存状况，调整采购需求计划，控制库存
Monitor inventory levels to make sure Lean Inventory vs OTD
10. 评价新产品和工程变更的可行性并确保已在生产计划中实施
Review engineering changes or new product implementation for feasibility and schedule into the production plan for execution.
11. 完成供应链经理交待的其他工作
Complete other assignments requested by Supply Chain Manager.

Job Requirement
1.大专以上学历，5年以上年供应链相关工作经验(客服、生产物料计划），机械制造业优先
College degree or above, more than five years’ experience in production and material planning , preferred in mechanical manufacturing company
2.十分熟悉SAP系统
Very family with SAP system
3.熟悉微软办公系统
The ability to utilize a variety of computer software packages required
4.熟练的英文书写能力，基本英语口语能力
Good written English and basic spoken English
5.做事仔细、认真，有担当，好学
Conscientious and careful, responsible, quick-thinking & learning.
6.良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，团队合作精神
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
