OVERVIEW :
The Technical Account Manger works with the delivery team ensuring enterprise systems, campaigns and technical projects are coordinated, well managed and on track to achieve business objectives ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Delivery team in driving enterprise technical projects.
Continually enhance knowledge of the client’s brand, products, market place and technical infrastructures to look for opportunities to engage in broader business dialogue with client.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of the highest quality.
Build and document knowledge about the clients business and technical setup
Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business.
Keeps abreast of all facets of the business, including new business opportunities.
Keep management up-to-date with client perspective and insights.
Assist in the formulation and the implementation of plans.
Maintenance of work in progress (WIP) on all planned projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of CRM theory and system architecture.
Knowledge of enterprise systems and processes linked to business drivers.
Knowledge of database management best practices & tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
Ability to grasp and understand technical concepts/tools and trends – HTML5, JavaScript, Flash, XML and programming languages.
Knowledge of analytic tools to measure campaign performance.
Ability to do technical research and present findings to both IT and Business mangers.
High quality service oriented professional work style.
Clear understanding of customer centric architecture and processes.
Good project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with technology vendors.
Experience with change management and enterprise system management.
Successful track record managing multiple project assignments.
Understanding the implementation process of CRM and other technical enterprise systems.
Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including research, creative, production, media, interactive, database and technology services.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus).
PREFERRED PROFILE:
Degree in Marketing or related field. Computer science a plus.
2-3 years of professional experience (agency technical account management a plus).
Strong experience with CRM & Database marketing with an integrated marketing perspective.
