Overview:
The Account Manager is the key day to day contact between Wunderman and Ford APA.Their primary role is day to day responsibility for the delivery of all program activity, in addition to assisting in the growth of the client account.
Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen and expand relationships with their key clients at Ford APA.
Day to day lead for account team, data insights, interactive and creative teams in implementing class-leading solutions and ensure agency resources are used effectively.
Maintain positive, growing client and agency relationships.
Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business. Keeps abreast of all facets of the business, including new business opportunities
Keep management up-to-date with client perspective and insights
Project management of all campaign activities within SoW
Financial management and control of projects; including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits/losses and monthly agency forecasting, tracking and billing
Assist in the formulation and the implementation of plans
Takes to create and implement WPP solutions and plans
Maintenance of WIP on all planned projects
Required Skills:
Excellent business development and project management skills
Strong client facing and presentation skills
Successful track record managing multiple client assignments
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage campaigns from end to end
Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
A sound judge of creative work and ability to coherently argue the case for work being on or off brief
Solid experience in the implementation of CRM & Digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including research, creative, production, media, interactive, database and technology services
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Mandarin)
Prefered Profile:
Degree in Marketing or related field
2-3 years of professional experience in agency account management
Strong experience with CRM & Digital clients with an integrated marketing perspective
