工作职责：

1、服务于总经理日常工作的协调与日程安排；

2、陪同总经理与高端客户的接洽并出席各类高端市场活动，提升客户转化率；

3、在总经理领导下负责公司具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；

4、在总经理领导下负责公司的全面工作，努力作好总经理的参谋助手，起到承上启下的作用，认真做到全方位服务。
任职要求：

基本条件：

1、金融、经济或财经院校营销专业正规本科学历；

2、有证券、保险、理财师等资格证书者优先；

3、对于该行业有自己的认识与思考、有总经理助理工作经验为佳、具有良好的服务意识、有共赢的心态；

4、本人条件特别优秀者，可优先考虑；

能力要求：

1、良好地沟通与理解能力；

2、良好地抗压能力；

3、良好地思考、分析与判断能力。

Job duties:
