Job Responsibilities:
1,Design and print service outsourcing
2,Process and quality control,including design, file editing, press check and post press processing
3,Communication with client on the project and coordination between suppliers
4,Warehousing,fulfillment and delivery arrangement
5,Event support ,such as stand,lanyard/badge's production,event/booth setup,reminder call,attendance analysis report,onsite support and etc
6,Report promptly externally and internally
7,Other tasks assigned by the company
Requirements:
1,College Graduate or above
2,Fluent in spoken/written English is a must
3,Familiar with MS, proficiency in excel and good computer presentation skills
4,Basic knowledge of file design,editing,printing and post press processing,import /export
5,Skills with Adobe tools are preferred
6,Highly organized with strong time management, task prioritization and follow-up skills
7,Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player, positive attitude, initiative,multi-tasked, independent and analytical
8,2 year related working experience above
