We are a well established major grower, producer, and distributor of premium varietal wines in the Shanghai wine industry.

The ideal candidate will lead our sales staff in Shanghai and other main City of China. Must establish sales goals and objectives within the region, evaluate the skills and abilities of the Shanghai Market Sales Reps.The Sales Manager must also work independently to increase sales in respective territories and participate in company sales events as directed by senior management.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of relevant wine and/or spirits sales management experience, extensive communication, interpersonal skills, and outstanding organizational ability. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Relocation is required. English is preferred but not a requirement. The ability to self motivate is essential.
