职位描述
1) Assists to introduce and promote products, provides sales services, participates in all kinds of marketing activities.
2) Support on services to customers; Deals with customers' complaints, Maintains good attitude towards the customers at all times
3) Handle order processing and all the other paper work
4) Provides customers with catalogues, samples, quotation offers; discusses and confirms the payment terms, processing specification, package conditions, delivery dates and so on.
5) Coordinates with internal departments, follows up and ensures completion of procurement, processing, delivery, invoice
6) Operates Kingdee system, data input, handles quotation order and sales orders.
7) Assists the company to design, improve marketing, selling and serving function, executing sales policies and operating procedures.
8) Records, collects, reports and files the sales documents.
9) Collects and reports marketing competitive information and customers' complains and advises, provides suggestions on customers' management, products and services, pricing, promotion and so on.
10) Manages and maintains selling tools, including notebooks, samples, catalogues and other materials.
11) Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
