职责描述：
1、负责公司日常宣传、策划，设计制作，公司展览会议布置；
2、广告平面设计、制作及其它图文处理；企业宣传资料的设计、制作与创新；
3、协助其他部门人员将设计及美学方面的工作顺利完成；
4、协助网页设计人员把握公司网站风格，色调搭配，布局合理性，图片整理、企业徽标处理等等；
5、公司其他PC及MAC设计文件的使用，修改、数码照相处理、公司市场活动宣传品配合；
6、建立规范以保持设计执行高品质、高可靠性和高安全性标准；
7、按照现有规范及组织实际状况，确定并执行质量和安全标准；
8、与协作方沟通，保证各类平面项目的质量极其时间的把握，成功的验收。
9、负责设计控制的执行和维护，不断改进设计水平，以达到公司日益发展的要求。
10、利用自身的行业背景和知识，在设计和制作上有效的控制成本。

任职要求：
1、专科或以上学历
2、优秀的沟通及执行能力,团队领导能力
3、良好的英文口语及沟通能力

Responsibilities:

interpreting the company's business needs and developing a concept to
suit their purpose;
estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes
for clients;
developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of
cost and time;
presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
working with a wide range of media, including photography and
computer-aided design (CAD);
proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print;
keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media (particularly
design programs such as QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop,
3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash);
developing interactive design;
commissioning illustrators and photographers;
working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers,
stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web
developers and marketing specialists.

Requirements:

· University degree or above with related background
· At least 2 years relevant working experience
· PC skill is a must
