Job description

1、 负责海运单证及时、准确输入和制作，应收应付费用/安排开发票事宜
2、 负责核对提单确认，网上跟踪是否已出运，传报关预录单。
3、 负责开票，寄送发票提单，提供客人付款凭证给财务，货物后续放单工作。
4、负责单证及文件的整理及归档等

任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，进出口贸易、物流类相关专业；
2、有工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉海运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识；
4、英语四级以上，电脑操作熟练.
5、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。
