Your Challenges:
- On-site support and cooperation with customers during new project implementations, from initial project kick-off to final system go-live
- Close interaction with customer's project team in office- and production shop floor environment
- MES HYDRA installations (host server application, office client- and shop floor client applications), both standard & customized
- Participating in discussions about concept establishments and standard operating procedure (SOP) definitions
- Handling of customer requests / expectations
- Performing master data uploads
- Performing basic system parameter settings ("tweaking") according to arising customer requests during project implementation
- Troubleshooting

Your Qualifications:
- General exposure to SW applications, PC's, Servers, Ethernet, Intranet/VPN
- Experience with operating systems Win 2008 Server R2, databases MS SQL 2008 R2 (Oracle = optional)
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering basics (such as relay, 24V DC signal normally-closed, normally-open.
- Simple SQL DB queries experience will be an added advantage
- General exposure / experience in manufacturing/production will be an added advantage
- Experience in industrial automation & process connectivity (PLC's, OPC-Standard, etc) will be an added advantage
- The social ability to blend into an international team of young, friendly peers
- Preferably a Bachelor in IT / electrical / production / logistics / automation
- A mature working attitude and high self-motivation
- Good command of Chinese & English language, both spoken & written
