职位描述
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Support sales team on design and specification work in finalizing typical system and floor plans layout and cost estimation on all products to offer in a tender bid for local and remote markets in the most timely and accurate manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Work with Sales Team to understand the tender requirements/expectation.
2.Prepare design and specification works on typical system configuration and floor plan layout.
3.Once drawings are finalized, prepared bill of quantity and strategize product solutions to meet tender’s specifications.
4.Work with suppliers to specify non-standard products to customer’s specification for pricing.
5.Ensure tender is completed and submitted on time.
6.Understand the project requirements/expectation from the remote market manager and work closely with the Bid & Design team to finalize the drawings and proposals.
7.Create presentation boards for mockup exercise
8.Provide rendering work to enhance proposal bids
9.Create presentation materials in powerpoint format for sales presentation
REQUIREMENTS
1.1or2 years commercial experience with good computer software knowledge (Excel, Words, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Powerpoint, InDesign, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup & Project Symbols)
2.Willing to work overtime, dedicated, meticulous and a detail personality
3.Ability to work independently and a team player
4.Related experience at office furniture industry is preferred
