Job responsibilities：

1.Understand the company products and its application in customer process very well.
2.Build up and maintain good relationship with the customers. Fully understand the customer needs and their situation.
3.Contract review for both technical and commercial items to assure to fulfill the customer requirements.
4.Follow up the orders status, including order checking, order booking, production, delivery, invoice and A/R collection, etc.
5.Coordinate the new products development and introduce to the marketing.
6.Coordinate and handle the complaint from the customer.



Qualification required：

1.University degree in Metallurgy or Heat Transfer in ACR.
2.Working experience (2-3 years) with tube production or ACR.
3.English good spoken and written. Understanding of International Business is valued.
4.Computer skills on basic office soft wares for office work.
5.Good problem solving skills, can work independently
6.Good communication skills and team work
7.Honesty and respect for company values
8.Ready for travel frequently.
