Key responsibility :
Directly report to Human Resources Manager of China. He/she will recommend, develop and implement HR policies & plan to maximize the operation efficiency and to comply with the labor law requirements.

Major scope of duties :
1/HR administration
a.Manage and update attendance record in attendance/access control system and well recorded.
b.Maintain and update all leave records
c.Coordinate with CIIC on staffs' check in & out process and well prepared on company rules/forms to the related staffs.
d.Well managed on personnel files.
2/Recruitment management
a.Prepare the job description and post on external website.
b.Conduct CV screening and interview arrangement.
c.Conduct the reference check for all professional levels'staffs.
d.Liaison with Recruitment Agency.
3/Compensation & Benefits management
a.Prepare the raw data for monthly payroll, such as attendance, commission calculation etc..
b.Monitor monthly probation and contract renewal
c.Support on C&B projects, such as annual salary survey, social insurance adjustment, salary review, incentive, commercial insurance, etc..
d.Manage the delivery of monthly medical claims to insurance company.
4/Performance management
5/Training management
6/Miscellaneous
a.Expat related support, such as visa application, working permit, etc
b.Provide support on ad hoc projects and requests

Qualification:
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Good personality, easy to approach, willing to help and pay attention to details
Good written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS office applications, such as Excel, Word Processing and Powerpoint

Working Experience:
At least five years HR Generalist experiences preferably in MNC / Representative Office environment
Familiar with the relevant Labor Laws & Regulations, social insurance system and HR practices
