Key responsibility:
Direct report to Head of Sales , China, be responsible for formulating the strategic business plan and account plan with key online dealers/retailers in E-commerce channel for Victorinox brand products & do implementation, to maximize the business opportunity and online sales.
Achieve major KPI for the e-commerce business, include sell-in, sell-thru, margin, payment collection, price management, customer relationship and brand protection etc.
Major scope of duties :
1/Ecommerce business planning
a.Develop business plan for launch and govern Victorinox SAK online sales
b.Develop business plan for launch and govern Victorinox KK online sales
c.Develop business plan for launch and govern other Victorinox products online sales.
2/Ecommerce business implementation
a.E-commerce dealer evaluation, appointment and management
b.Company direct supply online retailer management
c.Key account and promotion plan development, product portfolio, pricing & promotion management and website content monitor
d.Work closely with online retailer to best use digital assets and website space to better feature the brand/product of the company’s
e.Work well with both inter. and exter. parties to facilitate various brand protection & PI crack down activities
3/Sales data collection, analysis and report
Qualification :
University graduate, MBA preferred
Logic thinking, analytical ability and details orientation
Strong experiences in key account management field for international consumer goodsbrands
Strong E-commerce management background
Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
Excellent commercial sense
Working Experience :
Minimum 5 years of solid experiences of E-commerce management for renowned international consumer goods brands
Have prior good record of doing business with top online retailer like Amazon, 360 buy, 1 Hao Dian and Tmall
Have rich experiences and skills of modern key account management
