中国科学院上海巴斯德研究所抗病毒免疫与遗传治疗研究组招聘启事

中国科学院上海巴斯德研究所是由中国科学院、上海市政府、法国巴斯德研究所三方共建的科学研究机构，面向国家传染病预防与控制的重大需求和国际前沿，围绕重大传染性疾病的致病机制、免疫应答规律及防治策略，开展基础和应用型研究，教育和培养创新型人才。

上海巴斯德所抗病毒免疫与遗传治疗研究组现招聘1名全职研究助理来参与法国巴黎科钦研究所（Cochin Institute in Paris）Serge Benichou实验室与中国科学院上海巴斯德研究所周保罗实验室的合作项目。此项目旨在开发抗1型人免疫缺陷病毒（HIV-1）的GPI锚定单功能域抗体(详见下列文献Wen et al Retrovirology 2010; Liu et al. JVI 2011; Liu et al. JVI 2013; Bouchet et al. Blood 2011; Matz et al. JVI 2013)。
应聘者应具备以下基本条件：
1.硕士或博士研究生学历；
2.熟练掌握分子和细胞生物学技能，包括基因载体构建、重组病毒制备、细胞分离和培养，转导和转染、FACS 分析、western blot和显微镜免疫荧光检测等；
3.有HIV-1相关工作经验者优先；
4.能用英语交流。
此项目执行期初定为一年，一年期满后，根据应聘者工作情况决定是否延长聘用期。

An experienced molecular and cellular biologist with a MS or Ph.D. degree is sought after to work on a joint research project between Gerge Benichou's lab in the Cochin Institute in Paris, France and Paul Zhou's lab in the Institut Pasteur of Shanghai, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The project is to develop GPI-anchored single domain antibodies against human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (Wen et al Retrovirology 2010; Liu et al. JVI 2011; Liu et al. JVI 2013; Bouchet et al. Blood 2011; Matz et al. JVI 2013). The candidates must have hand-on experience in gene vector construction, recombinant virus production, cell isolation and culture, transduction and transfection, FACS analysis, western blot, immunofluorescent microscopy. Hand-on experience or familiar with HIV-1 is plus. but not necessary. Good communication in English is also desirable. The appointment will be one year. But it is renewable dependent on the performance.
