岗位职责
1)根据公司销售政策及销售计划，按时完成销售目标任务和考核指标;
2)负责公司新产品的销售及推广；开拓新市场，发展新客户；
3)了解和发掘客户需求及购买愿望，介绍产品的优点和特色；
4)定期提交工作计划、工作汇报以及工作总结报告;
5)跟进合同产品的库存状况，确保产品的及时交货；

任职资格
1)本科学历，电子工程、微电子、通讯等相关专业;
2)两年以上IC销售经验，有光电产品工作经验者优先;
3)能够熟练使用英语进行对话，写报告;
4)表达清晰，品质优秀，目标感强，具有开拓精神，较强的表达沟通和谈判能力;
5)有强烈的成功欲望和成就事业的意识，自我管控及自我挑战能力较强；

Job Description:
1)Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements
2)Responsible for the sales and marketing of Company's new products;searching new markets and develop new customers;
3)Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects.
4)Preparation and reporting of monthly sales and sales activities.
5)Follow-up the contract,ensure the delivery of products.

Requirements:
1)Bachelor degree，major in electronic engineering, microelectronics, telecommunications and other related professionals;
2)At least 2 years of IC products sales,photoelectric products selling experience would be prefer;
3)Good English skills(written and verbal)
4)Strong sociability and networking skills , ability to make and maintain contact with upper management of the prospective client
5)Strong desire to successful
