工作职责与内容：

1. 根据市场销售计划负责潜在客户的开发、跟踪，订单的获取，能独立处理和解决所负责的任务，完成规定的销售任务及各项指标。

2.熟悉公司的业务技术背景，能解答客户的常规问题。及时跟踪并处理客户反馈，定期进行重点客户的拜访，维护新老客户关系。

3.客户应收账款有效管理

4.与技术服务团队合作，制定针对渠道客户制定合理有效的服务计划并执行。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，市场营销,食品等相关专业；

2、3年以上食品销售行业工作经验，有食品原料专业知识。有乳品行业相关经验优先。
3、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
4、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
5、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力。

6、能经常出差。

Job Title: Sales Manager

Major responsibilities:

1, Develop and follow potential clients and get orders according to sales plan. Solve problems independently and achieve sales target and other assignments.

2, Familiar with company business and technology and able to solve customers’ problems independently. Promptly follow customers’ feedback. Visit key accounts routinely and maintain good relationship.

3, Effectively manage accounts receivable.

4, Cooperate with technology team to set reasonable and effective service plan

Requirements:

1, College degree, preferably in marketing or food technology.

2, At least 3 years experience in food product selling with food material knowledge. Preferably with experience in dairy industry.

3, Extroverted character, quick response and good communication and negotiation skill.

4, Certain market analysis ability. Good service sense.

5, Responsible and be able to work under pressure.

6, Extensive traveling required
