o estimating, preparation of proposals and handling of biddings

o definition of scope of work for shop, supervisors and subcontractors/suppliers

o preparing and control project timeline for execution

o monitoring and coordination of execution

o onsite supervision during the setup and dismantling period

o handling and managing all client requests during the whole project

o clarifying scope of work with the client

o asking for subcontractor offers, negotiation and preparing PO’s

o quality control of outsourced work and deliveries

o budget and project controlling

o invoicing to the client
