职位描述
岗位职责/福利待遇/工作环境等：
1.负责电话、邮件、信函的收发工作；
2.负责访客、来宾的登记、接待、引接；员工考勤记录汇总，外出登记等；
3.负责办公用品及设备的维护保养；
4.负责预订票务及酒店等；
5.完成领导交办的其他或临时工作；
6.上海地区社保福利待遇，车贴饭贴；
7.办公地址：商用别墅-北竿山艺术中心
8.公司在莘庄地铁站和泗泾地铁站有班车接送上下班；
9.周六日双休。
需要具备的工作能力/职业技术/相关工作经验等：
1.熟练办公软件；
2.工作能力较强，工作认真；
3.应届生优先。
