岗位描述：
1. 配合销售经理，管理维护好现有客户，主动探求客户需求或采购计划，并积极跟进赢取订单。
2. 处理客户询盘，制作专业的报价单和销售合同。
3. 接待客户来访。
4. 审核销售支持部制作的生产单和配件单。
5. 配合跟单员和船务单证的工作，保证订单的顺利出运。
6. 及时回收货款，保证收汇安全。
7. 处理客户投诉，索赔等售后问题，积极与公司售后部门沟通。


岗位要求：
1. 思路清晰，做事有条理，具备较强的执行力。
2. 工作积极主动热情，富有激情，有高度责任感。
3. 善于沟通，亲和力强，灵活务实高效。
4. 熟悉国际贸易的基本流程和相关法律法规知识。
5. 熟练的英文听说读写，能自如与外国客人英文交流。
6. 本科学历，优秀应届毕业生亦可。


Our dynamic export team is looking for potential talented export sales assistant.
who will be responsible for:
1. Promoting export sales through deep study and efficient management of existing customer accounts.
2. Professional product offer, quotation and sales contract negociation.
3. Customer visits.
4. Confirming final production order from sales support Dept.

5. Team working with the Order Follower and the Shipping & Docs clerk to ensure smooth delivery and shipment.
6. Following closely with overseas payment and ensuring safe payment of each order.
7. Responding to and solving customers’ complaints and claims through effective communications with both the customers and our after-sales team.


Qualified candidates will be:
1. Well organized, result driven and good enforcement skills.
2. Dynamic, passionate, self-devoting to his / her career.
3. Good communication skills, flexible, pleasant personality and efficient.
4. Familiar with International trade, the whole process, laws & regulations related.
5. Proficient English in both written and oral.
6. Bachelor degree is a must. Excellent fresh graduate welcomed.
