职位描述
This position is for part time or freelance opportunities to work for 3 to 5 days per week in Beijing office. This is only for the candidate who has experience at office administrations.
该兼职职位仅限于北京公司每周3~5日工作日。候选人须具备办公室行政工作经验。
Core Responsibilities:
1) Maintains communication with selected outside parties, including clients, Internal network, etc. wherever and
whenever required to on behalf of supervisor.
保持沟通与选定的外部各方(包括商户、内部各部门联系人等等,随时随地协办主管工作。
2) To assist supervisor in gathering adequate information for daily maintenance and updating of databases, spread
sheets or others in providing future references.
协助主管收集足够的信息对日常行政维护和更新的数据库、数据表或其他提供未来工作事务参考
3) Receiving and screening telephone calls, opening and reviewing incoming mail, responding to inquires so as to support Supervisor in maintaining her daily schedule.
接收和检查电话,打开和查看的邮件,回复查询以便支持主管在维护她的日程表。
4) Any other tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirement:
1) Diploma holder
文凭,可取秘书背景
2) Good communications skill & interpersonal skill
