RFID overview:

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a transformational technology that continues to radically change the way goods flow through the supply chain.

• RFID represents an opportunity for companies with automatic data collection needs to greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of data collection.
• Additionally, RFID can reduce the amount of direct labor required to improve inventory management, resulting in productivity gains and cost savings.

The position: Marketing reasearch interns, Shanghai

Description

As part of our Internship Program, you’ll develop skills by contributing to the development, implementation, and measurement of successful market development initiatives. You’ll create marketing deliverables and work with cross-functional team members to communicate and deliver value to customers. You’ll gain experience and develop skills to further your business and marketing expertise in the project of M&A.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research & analysis
• Craft customized go to market strategies to increase oversea market share
• Surface new ideas, products applications and solution to development teams
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to attract prospective customers, while nurturing and developing relationships with existing customers to promote peer-to-peer advocacy for our solutions
• Assist in overall efficiency of the marketing organization
• Research and evaluate markets to support segmentation
• Perform other duties as requested

Career Development

• 3 – 6 months unpaid internship program with two meals as compensation during working days.
• Excellent interns will be given a full time position in the company after the internship.
• After 1 – 2 years, he/she will be sent back to US or Europe, in charge of oversea office, to be responsible of oversea M&A project.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Student currently enrolled at an accredited college or university/ young graduates - preferably in Chinese,Engligh, business, marketing, finance, psychology, technical background or related field
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate interpersonally
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Passion to make a difference and build a business focused on increase oversea market share of the company
• Ability to effectively develop go-to-market strategy, as well as execute activities
• Have a clear objective of your career goals
• Strong written and verbal skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) an asset.
• Great knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Motivated, Proactive & Positive Attitude
• Willingness and ability to take on tasks of varying scope and complexity – viewing each as an opportunity to learn and contribute
