Job Description:

1. To provide claims services to corporate client including assist claimant to register and report incident, following up claims process, review loss adjusting report and provide guidelines and advices to the claimant.

2. Register and update claims cases in BOSS system.

3. To work together with brokering team to retain and develop business portfolio.

4. To ensure the claims services and recommendations are delivered in a professional way and meet with compliance requirement.

5. To assist in improving quality and efficiency of work, including workflow, system, and business reports.

Qualification

1.Bachelor Degree or above.

2.At least 2 years claims handling experience preferably with legal background.

3.Good communication and presentation skills.

4.Proficiency in spoken and written English.

5.Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
