Organization responsibilities:
-Responsible for the whole tuning department
-Ensure to reach the targets given by G.M. and the Board of Directors
-Resources Planning (Daily arrangement for tuning, equipment, investment,…)
-Responsible for the whole roll up of Tuning Job(Planning, follow up, preparations)
-Keep the delivery dates updated and plan the work according to it
-Reward and punishment of the employees
-Build up / maintain a fair and friendly atmosphere in the department
-Yearly review with every employee every year
-Floating bonus every month (reward and punishment)
-Participate on the daily and monthly meetings (Quality, daily issues, delivery dates,…) for review and planning
-Weekly and monthly Tuning internal meeting (+/- of performance, outlook,…)
-Contact person between Tuning and other departments, planning oftuners at site
-Weekly report to G.M.: provide data like test runs, real situations, materials usage…

Technical responsibilities (required or necessary to learn):
-Tuning of extrusion moulds in house and at the customer site
-Layout of extrusion moulds
-Travelling international to tune tools or help other tuners
-Forecasting of required tooling systems for calculation
-Calculation of estimated service costs and spare parts

Skills required:
-Experience in Extrusion
-Excellent leadership skills
-Economic management skills
-Willing to make responsibly decisions
-Good communication skill
-Good English and PC skills
-Very good on-site problem-solving skills.
-Very good team building and active personality-
-Read GES Company Handbook, relative standard procedure, accept it and work according to it
-Read GES safety instructions, accept it and work according to it
