工作职责:

Direct the laboratory (Electrical & Electronics Lab) to follow up policy and strategic planning of company.
指导电子电气实验室贯彻实施公司的政策方针和战略计划。


Ensure the laboratory to operate in time, safe and high efficient way, handle as promptly as possible the inferior work mode and behavior, and supervise the implementation effect of the corrective, preventive actions.
确保实验室及时、安全、高效地运作，及时处理不良的作业方式及行为，监督纠正、预防等措施的落实效果。


Supervise the test method updated and valid.
监督测试方法的更新及有效。


Investigate the customer complaint related and report to superior, workout and implement the action plan and
preventive measures.
调查相关的客户投诉，制定并落实改进计划和纠正措施。


Supervise and monitor all the calibration/maintenance program implementation of the testing instrument/equipments.
监督及监控所有测试仪器/设备校准和维护计划的实施。


Responsible for assessment of the sub-contractor and supplier.
负责供应商和分包商的能力评估。


Responsible for managerial work of planning on human resources, training and development of personnel in the
laboratory and maintain the relevant records.
负责实验室内人力资源规划、人员培训和发展等方面的管理工作，保存有关记录。


Ensure smooth running of the laboratory with appropriate staffing and job allocation.
通过合适的人员和工作分配来确保实验室的平稳运转。


Appraise the performance of subordinate.
评估下属的工作表现。


Review and issue the test reports.
检查和签发测试报告。


岗位要求:

College degree or above.
至少大学学历。


Minimum five years related working experience on 3rd party testing & certification industry, especially at lease 3 years on E&E testing lab setup and/or operation management on one or more of below items: household appliance, power tools, luminaire, AV IT, EMC.
至少5年以上第三方检测认证相关工作经验, 其中至少3年以上电子电气实验室建设或运营管理经验。熟悉至少以下一类产品标准: 家电、电动工具、灯具、影视信息产品、电磁兼容检测。
