Job Responsibilities：
1. Handle routine secretarial and administrative work for General Manager（e.g. scheduling meetings/travel arrangement/answering telephones/filing）;
2. Prepare presentation and other documents. Assist in the preparation of statistical reports.
3. Ensure effective communication between GM and his direct reports.
4. Coordinate with relevant parties when GM is out of office;
5. Provide feedback staff information, comments, demands and complaints with establishment of an effective internal communication network;
6. Coordinate with administration on meetings, provide meeting minutes and coordinate with relevant functions;
7. Coordinate and participate special events or tasks as assigned.
