? Fully independently in-charge of Balance Sheet / AOC / EP forecast BP and RE for all GC&K BU 11 profit centers, covers China / HK / TW and Mongolia Regions, to ensure BU achieve annual target for Economic profit and Vision 2020 target as well
? Fully independently in-charge China major RU CCBSL cash flow forecast, not only work with BU all operation teams for validate cash collection and payment information, but also need talk to Global R&D centers, Shanghai CPS, Pacific group functions and Corporate functions who geographically located in China, to understand their cash spending plan, consolidate all information to project proper cash forecast in order to ensure BU cash management can meet all business operation demands, and watch up BU liquidation status
? Perform all China BU 6 RUs cash flow forecast (covers CCCBL, CCCIL, CCCL, CCFEL, CCFEL-TW branch, CCHAL), to project proper cash flow forecast, support management team to do proper cash investment plan
? Leading for internal process redesign to meet new Balance sheet forecast and Cash flow forecast requirements with new planning tool (BPC) implementation, to identify proper linkage between Balance sheet forecast vs. Cash flow forecast, to apply changes for new cash flow forecast method from direct method to indirect method, closely work with Corporate Core team to ensure GC&K BU Cash flow module successfully go live
? Independently manage franchise UCS P&L, provide monthly rolling estimate for CCCIL and SM franchise territories, by beverage products (total 85 beverage products), by bottlers (total 11 bottlers), to support franchise finance and operation team to negotiate system profitability with bottlers, focus on business analysis and operation supporting

Knowledge & Experience:
? At least 4 years experience in finance or related areas, preferably with multinational companies
? ERP experience, SAP will be a plus
? High level of integrity and commitment
? Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
? Good team working spirit and willing to take more responsibility
