A. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage a team of relocation specialists, provide guidance and support on day to day operations;

2. Audit and measure service quality according to the pre-defined metrics for each individual services;

3. Collate, analyze service activity reports; project trend and implement relevant changes to maintain quality service level;

4. As the best go-to resources for the team, train new staff members and be mentor for the team to support the daily service delivery activities;

5. Analyze discrepancies and implement timely remedial actions;

6. Responsible for the overall profitability of the relocation business line. Suggest solutions and provide support for new business opportunities.


B.REQUIRMENT:

1. MUST have working experience in Shanghai;
2. First degree in International Business or Marketing;
3. At least 5 years' managerial/customer experience for a medium size team gained in either in mobility industry, service industry or a service partner;
4. Good command of English skill both in reading and writing;
5. Possess excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills; versatile, attention to details and well organized with a consistent focus on quality and a passion for customers;
6. Able to work under pressure.
