1Make quotation, read and understand drawing (solid work, 2D like intelli or autocad), project demand, project standard from customer. To analysis detail working process and calculate the project cost, then submit to department manager to review.
2Make schedule. After customer confirmed the project, to make detail components plan including sample mock up lead time, material preparing lead time, tooling lead time, production schedule, logistic lead time.
3Sample mock up. For internal - based on customer information to arrange CNC cutting, polishing, silkscreening or painting, packaging,etc.. For outsourcing, contact purchasing team to get the required components for sample mock-up.
4Coordinate with QC, engineering, production to solve quality discrepancy and improve delivery.
5Attend production meeting, discuss and push urgent components delivery to meet delivery plan.
6Push delivery from suppliers according to plan send to customer. Sometimes need on site check the bottleneck and find solution to solve it and improve actual delivery and pushing the delivery.
7Others. The department manager arranged temporary urgent working.

Requirement:
English: fluent both written and oral
Experience between 3 – 5 years
Technical background with knowledge in plastic / metal / aluminium
Skill in injection / extrusion / cnc cutting / painting / silkscreen / hot stamping

Already work as project leader, know how to built schedule
Open minded to work with sales, meet client …
Pro active to go on supplier site to follow the outsourced production
